Home Meet Volunteer SignUps
Home meets are an exciting time for our wrestlers, friends, and familieis. Having a concession stand is essential for the success of these events and also a great way to generate additional revenue for the team! Please consider assisting by clicking here or the photo at right to sign up for one of these positions..

PB&J Sandwich & Team Parent Volunteers

Team Parent Volunteers - Parent(s) who plan to attend (home or away) events and assist team members sitting in stands while coaches focus on matches. Distribute PB&J and Propel mixes (2 each per wrestler), ensure water cooler is maintained with water, remind coaches to bring cooler back on bus, and ensure wrestlers clean up gym and bus following the event.

PB&J Volunteers make PB&J sandwiches for the wrestlers in advance and ensure they are loaded on the bus for AWAY events and placed in the gym for all HOME events. The quantity of sandwiches required for each sign-up will be updated and posted prior to each event.

Best Practices:
1.
Use 100% whole wheat bread (One loaf usually makes 11 sandwiches)
2
To make sandwiches quicker you can mix together two large peanut butter and one large jelly jars before spreading onto bread.  As an alternative you can use premixed bottles, such as Smucker's Goober PB&J Grape or Strawberry Stripes.
3
We suggest that you arrive no later than weigh-in time for HOME events or before bus departure for AWAY events.
